Located at Ma On Shan Promenade, the apartment is enveloped by a magnificent Seaview and surroundings which is a nice retreat afterwork. By the sense of sunlight and sea breeze from outside, we attempted to create a warmth and earthy living space that was coherent on both sides.

Materiality plays an important role in threading together the warmth and earthy aesthetic. Natural tones are vitalized in the light grey sand-stone flooring, plain oak veneer cabinet and natural sunlight to infuse the home with a warm atmosphere. This was also applied to the private spaces, master bedroom in neutral and beige oak veneer to epitomize comfort and warmth.
A home for relaxation and practicality are the priority requirements from the owner of this compact space. Entering through the front door, the home unfolds with a transition hallway which is connected to the entry foyer and kitchen. The hallway is a transitional space for relief from public to private space and also creates a more privacy and intimacy living area. A set of built-in full height storage and functional modules which can fulfil the owner's practicality needs as well as reflecting the design concept from hallway to living area.
